RSS Submission Sites

    are these sites bad for duplicate content? because I just submitted my feed to a couple of these, and they republished ALL of my content. Now I have my entire website on theirs. Will I get penalized?

    RSS syndication can result into a LOT of duplicate content but at the same time, you get backlinks and traffic from this process. However, I would say that as soon as you are established as the original source of the content, it's not going to harm your ranks.
