    If you have submitted your RSS feeds on directories, it will automatically update your content.

    Rss Submission is just one part of the link building process , Make sure you use it wisely,
    Create a Good Backlink Profile and then do some Rss Submission to few sites.that will really bring in good quality visitor and faster indexing of your website

    I totally agree. RSS is by far the best way to get links indexed. I think some people think that submitting to the RSS will create backlinks for them but submitting to RSS is just to get backlinks you have already created INDEXED.

    I like to create RSS submissions of backlinks in order to get them indexed as well as create links to the backlinks themselves.
