Rss Site Help

Have you guys seen sites which are built totally on RSS.

Something like parsing the RSS feeds etc . Pinging google or something of that sort.

I m new to this and dont know how to do this.

Can ne1 help me build a automated blog or wordpress thingy which has automatic rss feeds updating the site everyday ?
