    I believe this was a public auction forum. Sellers and Buyers should be making statements to the forum. If anything is implied on the side or by pm a notice should be given to the parties of the forum. A possible buyer has made a statement and the seller has yet to except, reject or respond in a public matter. I do not know who is at fault. Most likely the contract is not completed until both parties are satistified.

    36 hours after I paid the seller $190 he is yet to respond via pm or in this public forum. I am telling everyone what is going on as I am very unhappy that the seller is not being forthcoming and I feel that he has ripped me off for $190. If the seller has any integrity at all he should complete the transaction or refund my money in full. All bidders should be made aware of what happened to me. Consider this as a negative rating for all public forum users to be aware of.

    I have been following this thread and I can understand somewhat how you feel. It could still be an act beyond there control but still the precentage of that happening would be very low. Your statements and acts very much deserve a responses. I'm sure other members would like to know also.
