A friend and I are looking to develop an ecommerce content agregator which makes it easier for people to shop online. As a result we need to get information from a large number of ecommerce sites (not all of which will have a RSS feed) It won't be all the information just title, price, specs, photo and link. We would then take that information and toss that into the site's aggregation system after drawing out tags, and adding on a tracking code to the URL. Is this at all possible? Is it costly? Where should we go for programmers from here?
Freelancewebaz, I don't think it's exactly what I'm looking for but it looks like a great resource and I've stored it all the same, thanks heaps.
If you have a script written to generate the RSS feeds for the sites that don't have them it should do what you need.
