RSS pubdate in IE 7.0

    Hi,
    In RSS 2.0, I have the pubdate shown as
    <pubDate>Tue, 09 Jan 2007 14:48:00 GMT</pubDate>.
    The date of the same article on non-RSS page is shown as Today, January 09, 2007, 9 hours 48 minutes ago. which is correct since I am in EST.
    However, when I view the RSS page in IE 7.0, the time is shown as Today, January 09, 2007, 3 hours ago. Could you let me know why is the time shown as "3 hours ago" in the non-subscribed RSS page.
