RSS on DP

Ok, I have to first declare I tried to find Support thread in DP, but can't find any, so I presume this is the next suitable place to post.

Drupal has a syndicate feed; that is, rss.xml

Can this feed be used on DP? i.e., beside user's profile, where recent post is, it will display latest blog post.

I tried it, but it doesn't appear. However, if I extract the feed from Feedburner, the feed appear. Or does it has to be wordpress?

Only certain blog feed? Did anyone else here tried with Drupal feed?

I tested the feed against Feed Validator: http://validator.w3.org/feed/
It said my RSS is a valid feed!

I managed to set it up in other forums, but not in DP. Just wondered why?

Hi, I have been trying to figure out the blog thing every since I joined a few months ago. It seems like most of the blogs I click on here at DP offer me to download a file, I am not sure whose side the error is on, mine or the person displaying the blog link. I even asked for a tad bit of help on why my atom feed looks so ugly on DP... but I didn't get quite a clear enough answer because I am rather lame brained at times and aint had much schooling on the topic of rss and xml, and I have been reading lots of stuff and am only confused more.

The good news is, my hair is growing back in........

even better news, I've trashed the blog on blogger for now and trying to set up some other things with testing a new type of code. Good luck with your blog and the linking. I hope I can learn from your thread a little bit. :)

Drupal isn't (necessarily) a blog, that's why it's not supported.

    Thanks Shawn, for clarifying this.

In that case, is it possible to use FeedBurner to supply rss feed to DP?

If it's a blog, yeah... if it's anything else, no.
