RSS not allowed on commercial sites - but what IS commercial?

I have a few sites I'd like to display RSS feeds on - but Yahoo/CNN etc TOS states that their RSS can only be used on personal "non commercial" sites.

I don't sell anything from my sites (free travel directories), but they all have adsense. Does having adsense on a site make it "commercial".

I would say no. Commercial to me is selling something on the site. Mainly products/services.

That's what I was hoping. I'll wait on a general consensus before putting the feeds up though.

I consider my content sites to be commercial, because they have advertising on them. I'm pretty sure that Yahoo and CNN don't want their feeds on content/news sites. I would write them to be sure, though.

Then again, I couldn't get into Microsoft's directory because they don't sell anything.
