RSS Incoming Links as Backlinks

    Are RSS Incoming Links backlinks at the same time?

    Do you mean the actual feed or links inside an RSS feed?

    Yes, if displayed on someone else's web page (static html not things such as G! Reader)it will count as a back link with the <title> RSS attribute as anchor.

    Technically it would count as a back link, but it likely wouldn't have much weight. Some search engines might not count it as an actual back link.
