RSS from static HTML web site

    I have 2 web site. Both are created using HTML are static web site i,e no programming language like PHP or ASp.net.

    Now I want to shave RSS feed for my site. Is there any tools that can check the new articles in my site and can generate the RSS feed XML that i can post to my web site or any other online service free or paid that can do something like that.
    My aim to to have RSS feed for my static web site.
