I heard RSS Feeds are the best way to keep websites fresh for crawling. Is this true? And if so.... how do i go about adding some to my websites?

If you did your website using a platform that supports rss (eg. wordpress) then it should be easy.

Else, you will need to know some programming.

    Also, try sitemaps

    Good luck

hmm I'm not sure how valid this technique is, I would have thought Google is smart enough to be able to differentiate from fresh content and an RSS feed.

Also, why would you even need Google to constantly crawl your website? It in no way improves your rank.

but if you have many websites pointing to you ... it's better to crawl them often.

This is only good for SEO not for adwords... If you content keeps changing in adwords then google is going to keep reevaluating you. You do not want that to happen, especially once you have established a great QS
