RSS Feeds

Anyone know the legality of posting RSS feeds from other sites on your own? Not talking removing anything or claiming it as my own, everything stays intact. I can't see any real issues with it at all. Heck, their goal is to get as many people reading their stuff as possible so I can't imagine anyone having an issue if I relayed it across my site.

    Thoughts?

See if they have a disclaimer that mentions their policy.

Overall, if they have an RSS feature to begin with, they probably know that people are using it for that purpose.

If there is no ToS then it would be copyright infringement to use it on your site. If there is a ToS then it depends on what the ToS says. Some sites allow reposting of feeds without alteration on any site. Some only allow it on sites without ads or non-commercial sites. Just because a site has an RSS feed does not mean you can legally do anything with it you want. It is more likely that you wouldn't be sued right off the bat if you did offend some site, but it is possible.
