RSS feeds

I found a good way of getting a decent amount of backlinks. If your site has rss feeds you can submit it to rss directories. These arent backlink but i submited my site a few weeks ago, and it works well. Use this to get a list of directories; http://www.rss-specifications.com/rss-submission.htm

This is something i'm in two minds about. On one hand using rss and tags can generate plenty of backlinks, but i'm finding links to my sites in a lot of spammy places. Not the kind of association i'm keen on.

 

Thanks for the tip - seems to have more services that Ping-o-Matic. Oh, and thanks to the original poster too... I'll be looking through that directory shortly.

I just figured this out not too long ago myself. I'm new to the whole blog/rss community but submitting to rss directories seams to be a great way to build some extra backlinks..Thanks for the post I found this site before but other's should find it very useful!

 

Anyone got good results in the PR update, doing this?
