    RSS feeds are great to enhance your site. Great for syndication if you have one on your site or bringing other feeds in for your visitors to keep updated on.

    Getting other sites to syndicate your RSS feed is good (e.g. FeedBurner), as sometimes you get extra links to your a) feed URL, b) website URL, and if you're really lucky c) deep links to individual articles.

    And, including other feeds on your own feeds can really help you site look fresh to search engines. There's a recent SEO Chat article about Using Freshness to Optimize for MSN.
