    I want to know the information on RSS Feeds Creation & Syndication.
    i want to know the advantages,usages,how it will help to bring traffic/rank and all??

    Rss feed is a method of automatically let your visitors know about any update you do on your site.

    You create a rss feed and burn it via feedburner. it then gives you the final url which you can put on your site and your site visitors subscribe to it. Next time when you add any new page or post(depend on how you created the RSS), It appears in your subscriber list.
    Advantage:
    Your subscriber know bout any update you do in terms of adding new page or post
    You can submit the feed in feed directories increasing the indexing chances
    Another option for your site functionality:D
