    Can anyone help in understanding RSS : Feeds, How it is use.
    Please don't give me just the meaning i want some practical descriptions on how we use RSS feed on our site or how we can create our own RSS feed, etc,

    As i always get confused by this topic and this is very crucial in link building and i didn't fine any satisfying article providing me the result :confused:

    Some of the places where RSS feeds can be used are following:

    1. Latest feed posts on forums.
    2. Extra link from Commentluv blogs
    3. Backlinks to new articles from several RSS directories

    RSS standard is rather simple, I believe SimplePie is a great RSS parser and there is a RSS creator as well.

    Put your self in the visitors shoes, you could put RSS anywhere on your site that users would be interested when it updated. just think 'if i were a visitor, would I want to be updated with new content?'
