good day people; i would like anyone to comment on this: rss feed is a web feed format that usually publish frequently updated blog entries or news headlines... my question is this....does search engine(google, yahoo) use this kind of format when a third party research type in the keywords...... thanks for your comment..........and reply appreciate very much
I use feeds to publish site changes and get spurts of traffic from it and of course as mention above its not from the SE.
What is RSS? RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication, which is an XML-based format for sharing, aggregating and distributing Web content. What do these RSS/XML feeds do? These feeds basically gather information about the various properties available around the city, sort them according to your requirement and bring the necessary property details directly to your PC. The RSS Reader can then check for changes and updates and the property listings will appear on your screen with a summary. Clicking on this title will give you the complete description and details of the property. How do I read the feeds? You will need a RSS Reader to read these feeds. You can install a Desktop Reader where the updates will appear on your desktop. You can also log on to any of the online RSS Readers and read your daily updates. What do I need to do to receive the feeds? Incase you have a Desktop Reader, all you need to do is copy and paste the relevant XML link / url in the Reader. You will then receive the sorted list of properties on your desktop itself. Incase your are using an online Reader, you need to is click on Subscribe, add the relevant XML link / url and begin receiving daily updates.
