Hey! RSS feeds are XML files which are continuously sent to the browser (Firefox or IE7, Opera, etc) and display some highlights of the events that are taking place on the website.

I believe putting an RSS feed on your sit will cost you a few bucks. Now if you made your website more of a blog and made it with wordpress then they'd have a plug in for you. I thought about RSS feed for my website a while ago and maybe I didn't look hard enough but I didn't see anything for free.
