    RSS feeds show other website news in your web
    the procedure, i think only two :
    1. find the publisher
    2. find the (i don't know what it called) -- maybe, a feed reader
    www.rapidfeeds.com

    just like in my United blog :

    Are you trying to add a RSS feed from another site to yours?

    Or are you trying to add rss to your site so you have a feed?
