evildon told me that my RSS feeds (3 of them) were all submitted on March 3rd. He gave me a list of the names of the directories that he supposedly submitted to. It took a while, but on March 20th I was finally able to get a list of the actual URLs of these directories from him. The list was incomplete, but at that point I was willing to take whatever I could get. I checked these directories for my feeds, and I couldn't find a single one that had any of my 3 feeds. He told me not to worry, that sometimes it takes some time... I was patient, and I decided to wait a month or so and check again. I checked these directories again today, and none of them contain my feeds. Unless I missed something here, this guy is just scamming people, so I'd avoid him by any means necessary.
