It can, if someone adds your feed their website. Spend sometime submitting to RSS directories, identify complementing sites and let them know about your feed and how you think their visitors would benefit.
Yes rss feeds will give you some link juice. Rss feeds seems to be overlooked form many website owners as they are very beneficial for seo. I would not recommend feed burner though as it is non follow and Google does not index these links.
YES submit your RSS feed to various feed directories...also set up RSS at feedburner and OPTIMIZE it! Feedburner CAN be set to 'do follow', default is no follow but you should go through every step and TOTALLY optimize it out! Also set up sites that take RSS feeds and pull your RSS in there (like Squidoo, etc.)!
