RSS Feed Rotation Script (PHP)

Would anyone happen to know of a php rotation script which enables you to rotate from a selection of different RSS feeds?

 

I've had good luck with lastRSS ... good examples on the site

Care to share your experiences with rotating RSS feeds as opposed to just displaying one feed, with regard to SEO?

I found that pulling RSS info from my various blogs and posting them on certain pages using lastRSS helps. Was a simple set-up as well.

Biggest thing for me was caching ... usually set cache to something like 4-10 hrs.
