rss feed quotes display as question marks

    Doe anyone know a quick way to get quotes to display correctly from a feed? I've been told that using left and right quotes instead of standard quotes are the problem.

    HTML entitles are used to escape characters that are markup sensitive in XML context. In my previous post there are a link to a wikipedia page explaining HTML entities.
