Hi everyone, I was reading about the importance of submitting our rss feed to rss feed services and then I tried to use the free rss submitter software Allscoop RSS Submit Pro. It worked just fine but then I read in other rss submitter selling page which is RSSBot that their software can also ping the submitted rss feed. Then this question came up to my mind: 1. What is the difference between rss feed submission and pinging then. 2. Are feedping.com and pingler.com used for different purpose? 3. How often should we submit our rss feed? 4. How often we should ping our website? 5. If i use WordPress which already have ping feature, should I still submit the rss feed?
