RSS Feed programmer needed

    I am in need of a programmer who can code a RSS Feed for me for a real estate property website. The feed created will need to be auto generating / updating online and fit the criteria I need to allow the feed to upload to another property website. The feed also needs to pass feedvalidator.com.     Have you tried http://www.dapper.net/ , you can create feed there. BTW its a very small work , max 1 - 2 hours realistically ( if programming is required ) , PM me your budget and maybe i can help you out.
