RSS Feed On Wordpress Home Page??

    Does anyone know how to show RSS feeds on a wordpress homepage in place of the comments? and what plugin I would need for this?
    I am trying to make it like a normal website instead of a blog and I dont want the comments on there at all.
    If anyone knows how to do this please PM me.
