RSS Feed > HTML

I have been trying to find a script or program that will allow me to add RSS feed to my HTML. Everything I come across is .php, which wouldn't be so bad but then I have to edit my .htaccess file and I don't really have a clue.

I am using WP-o-Matic (link) on my wordpress themes and it works great.

Any ideas would greatly be appreciated.
