can someone tell me step by step on how to put rss feed on my website

i m using a aspx content management system

I spent ages trying to get a good solution to this earlier in the year too and I ended up with buying a piece of software for about £25 that enabled RSS's to be created and FTP-ed to the site. Not sure if there's ever been any benefit.
