    Feedsburner.com has pretty nice feature that shows you the content consumption, Breakdown of feed readers/aggregators and Subscription data in detail.

    Check the old threads in DP, there was one Huge thread of yfs1 as well some other threads where people had put lot of info on how to create RSS feeds. Feedburner do not create feeds, it just convert feeds.
