    i found this on joomla .org

    here

    rss Context Factory 1.0
    displays RSS Feeds in a module according to the Kewords you set
    * can use feeds from: feedster.com, technorati.com, digg.com
    * customizable Automatic Refresh of feeds
    * cached Feeds (no delays on loading)
    * contextual keywords to specific Content Categories
    * two display options - tables and overlib
    * easy CSS customization

    i have never tried this

    just search joomla.org and i am sure you find what you need

    to install just go to your admin page
    then install as a module

    open module name and you can adjust the settings here
    eg: which pages you want it displayed on
    where you want it displayed left or right
    and where on the page top center or bottom

    hope this helps

    Drupal has it too as the name of "aggregrator" but I don't know how to use.
