    if its a blog, usually its integrated with most systems.
    if its not integrated with the system you have to code it.

    You can make xml file uses open and close tags to designate the title, description & link.

    simple use rss feeds for that... eg. yourblog.blogspot.com/rss.xml or yourblog.blogspot.com/atom.xml
