RSS/Feed advertising

    What programs are available to monetize your RSS feeds.
    I use feedburner, but the service never seems to be ready for launch or is not available to everyone.

    Google once launched the program but did not publicly launch it.
    Also, I decided to publish full feeds instead of summary. Is there a way to ensure that it will be more difficult for other sites to copy and paste content?

    I know text link ads has a program for monetizing rss feeds.

    I'm sure just a few days ago I've read one thread regarding this subject. Couldn't find it now. You could search the forum later by yourself.
    It is always hard to protect your articles from copying. Anyway, by the feed site, you could modify your feed template to insert your copyright, so any website using your feed will also including your copyright.

    I publish only a summary of the feed. That way, if a user likes what they are reading, they will go to my actual blog (which has ads displayed).

    FeedFlare is a service from FeedBurner which adds a footer to the bottom of each post in your RSS feed. The footer can contain the following Official FeedFlares

    To start publishing their content via RSS, especially since it won't cost them anything or very little, but will provide them with an additional source of revenues. With the low-cost aspect of RSS, we can expect a flood of new publishers to set-up RSS feeds of their content to generate additional AdSense clicks.

    I am very confused about feedflare. it shows google adsense, so what's the difference? why not just use the google adsense directly?
    i thought it would only show ads in feeds not in my real blog, but it does. :eek:

    I publish full text feeds off my main site. RSS feeds are a great way to "tap in" to a larger audience. A good idea is to add links to your other posts at the bottom of each posts, this will greatly help to increase your inbounds. I believe there is a plugin that will add a thing like:

    post name & link
    post name & link

    I am all about RSS feeds!
