RSS Directory Submissions?

I am new to Rss directory & what to know how to submit rss directory submissions. Its just like directory & article submissions, how many days its take to approval.

kindly guide me.

Also need rss directory list.

I m totally agree with mrandrei.

 

I submitted my rss to many rss directory,but find few of them work.

 

RSS is a good way to update people with your latest contents. just submit your feed to some RSS directories..if your content attract people,then they will subscribe to update them selves. you don't have to need submit your link every time when you make new post there.so its a good way.

 

I was going to look into RSS Submissions when I got home from work. You all just saved me from scouring for a while!
