RSS client-side content filtering?

I'm going insane here trying to find a RSS client (ideally firefox extension) which can apply filters or rules to feeds, so lets say I am subscribed to some gadget news feed, I only want to see feed items who's title contain 'mp3' OR 'bluray' for example, the filters should be able to be saved in case of fairly long or complex rules.

I am shocked that no one has done this yet

Hmm....Yeah, that is strange. I never thought about that. But if no one has really done it yet, then I see a big business opportunity :) if only I could come up with it.

But are you really sure that it doesn't exist? OK, I will do some googling and see what I can find.
