    You have to create the RSS Feed for your website by own.
    There are lots of tutorials available in Google. Please search for those.

    if you use wordpress you can use this url as your rss feed ex : yourdomain.com/feed/ yoururl.com/tag/youtag/feed
    or if you dont have rss on your site, you can create in rss.icerocket.com with your own url :) rss is very important thing for seo and indexing :)
