I was wondering, if you have a website that subscribes to RSS feeds, will it also help in improving your google listing? I hope this is not a dumb question. Thank you.

    Hi men!
    I think, you need this:
    Feedburner.com
    Feedreader.ru
    LiveRSS.ru
    Newsread.ru
    Rssreader.ru
    Plazoo.com

Nobody could say that for sure but since Google now own FeedBurner, it might be taken into consideration.

I am not sure if everyone understood my question, but I was in a rush when I posted last night as my battery was dying so I should elaborate.

My understanding is that when you have new original content and resources for your website that google rates your site higher and that it gets pushed up the rankings for search terms, as you are considered more of an authority. So I was wondering, if you had a tennis website, and you subscribed to RSS feeds for the tennis sections of popular websites, would google algorithms consider that in your favour, or would they attribute it as another sites content and give you no credit for having added those feeds to your site?

if all your contents are extracted from rss feeds then it will not be given much favor by the SEs. but if the rss feeds add value to your existing site contents, then that is a different matter.

don't use purely rss feeds for your content and it will not be given much weight

Yeah, it would be a complimentary service to items on my website, although my website doesn't currently have a lot of articles or pages. Thank you for your response.
