I'm also using RSS Factory PRO

Switched from Free to Pro after they added the import to content feature and am very glad since i enjoyed the brand new feature that allows you to import the source story into the content (not the rss feed, but the full story that generated that feed)...

Rss Factory is too different from joomla aggregator, Both components are not comparable :)

Sure, i just spoke from my experience. No comparison intended ;)
Most extensions mean a lot of work of the developer, and i respect that

    Hey 3dweb,

Can it disable the href function of RSS ? In other words, can this product disable the link so that when it is clicked on, the RSS feed no longer leads to another page ?

The post was created a long time ago, but people are still searching for it.
There is a flexible solution to grab full-text content from RSS Feed for Joomla, please take a look at this Automatic Aggregator Joomla Extension at http://foobla.com/joomla/obgrabber
    Hope that helps.

If this is your first post here, how do you know people keep searching for this? Kind of suspicious when your only post is to advertise a commercial extension.

I haven't used this type of extension in a couple of years, but when I did, I used 4RSS. Their website doesn't look impressive and the support was hit-or-miss, but the extension worked well for me at the time and it was free. That was on joomla 1.5, however. I have never tested it on 2.5+
