RRS Feeds how do i know if its working on my site?

    I don't know much about RSS feeds and was wondering how do you know if it is working on your site and does it help with traffic?

    Try out submitting your feed in popular rss feed directories and integrate it in couple of social networking sites such as twitter/facebook.

    It does help little, yes. Nothing too big though. Try submitting to rss feed sites.
