[RQ] from drawing to psd

Hello everyone,
i've drawn smthng, but i cannot digitize it and make it as it used to look like.
Please help me with it...

i want if possible to make it the same
i need it 400 x 120 (w x h)

for colors - keep the style - let it look like the same way

p.s. if here is not the place for requests, then sorry! but if it is .. hope that someone can help me

 

i can do that, but for a small price sorry, its not that easy a job

what colors, and what type of font do u want the letters?

ok that's fine for a start, but could it be a little bigger so it can fit to all edges .. maybe only width

can u give the background some noise or effect so it's not so white.. something more ... hmm .. maybe something grey?

can u put an effect so it looks like and old film reel ... i mean some lines a.s.o.

ok.. i can handle the fonts but i don't think i will be able to do the effect
can u at least give me some hints or links for such tutorials ?
