Buying RPG Game Programmer Needed

I'm in the market to build a RPG game, which will involve building army, occupying territories, battling other rulers, etc. I'm sure there are plenty of games out there that are very similar. I'm looking for someone who has experience in developing something similar and who has some background logic already built that can be a starting point.

If you have experience in this area, please provide the following:

-type of experience in this area
-examples of your game(s) (if available)
-approximate development cost

i did an RPG type game before in VB6 which i think is really an old way to do it..

but now if you want it in PHP I will be glad to do it for you...

what are your requirements? details of the game you want..
platform?

I'm thinking this needs to be developed in PHP using AJAX.

Someone recommended using HTML5, but I don't know much about it.

It needs to be web based, playable online and multi-player.

I think you need this game written in some sort of client side programming environment such as Flash or Java, PHP could help to retrieve data from the server.
