it might be worth the $1,200 if you can find someone willing to pay that.. otherwise, I'd say reg fee until developed.. if you develop it fairly well.. maybe someone in the $xxx range.. for search results.. it all depends if you have content on it or not... a poorly developed site downgrades easily.. you may or may not see it in the search results... I'd say that it should show up somewhere around the second page... not sure though ^_^
