hi, I'm having a bit of a problem here. I'm trying to create a logo except I want to do it so that one side will be rounded. my logo right now is a rectangle and I would like to make a rounded corner at the top right hand corner and fill that corner with the red color to match my background what is the best way to going about doing this in photoshop? thanks in advance
Why not just cut the logo with the elliptical marquee tool and paste it over an red background with size similar to original logo?
I was thinking more of like a rectangle with rounded edges... the circle tool only lets me do circles... actually, never mind. I found a rectangular circlish shape marquee in image ready
Hi Gary, There's a Rounded Rectangle Tool in Photoshop, just find the Pen Tool and right click on the Rectangle Tool next to it. Ta-dah! Rounded Rectangle! If all fails, you can use the Pen Tool to manually trace the shape you want. Hope that helps! DP
alternatively u can try the macromedia fireworks in which there is a rounded rectangle that u can adjust accordingly.
