Rounding corner of borders

    What would be the best, most browser-compatible and friendly way to round the corners of a border? I want to use this at www.missionenvironment.com where the featured article is surrounded by a green border.

    I think using two images would be the best way. One for the top and one for the bottom rounded corners so it can expand without breaking.
