I do a couple of things in the DIV blocks on my site to generate rounded corners. Basically, each DIV block is a CSS command including rounded corner images. You can make the for free and even with gradients at Roundedcornr.com. Then you just place them in the backgrounds of your DIV, header, or whatever you want to have rounded corners. I recommend getting them with a set background color (as opposed to transparent).
