I've used jquery roundedcorners with great success. Right now I do everything with CSS3. All that extra code is not worth taking the time to get it to work in IE. I haven't had any complaints from my clients about non rounded corners. If your clients surf all the time in IE, they won't know the difference. Plus IE9 should help with that.
