Rotating internal/external links?

Are rotating internal/external links of any value to the SE's?

If I have websites on different servers and rotate deep links from the same domain, do the SE's see them as more links?

How about internal links? Sort of like "recent posts" on a blog, but using "random posts" instead.

    Thanks for your help!

Personally I think such randomized links may be bad for seo. Search engines like stable links that stay up for a long time. When a link goes up only to be removed shortly after, it looks spammy. I doubt search engines would give much weight to such temporary links. They might still give some benefit, but I would think that benefit may disappear as soon as Google recrawls those pages to see the links gone.

What if the rotation was done weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly?
