rotatelogs on sindows 2008 r2

    Hi

    Apache 2.2.14 win64
    I cant activate rotatelogs.exe
    on httpd.conf:
    Error Log
    ErrorLog "|bin/rotatelogs.exe D:/Program Files/httpd-2.2-x64/logs/error.log 86400"

    Access Log
    CustomLog "|bin/rotatelogs.exe D:/Program Files/httpd-2.2-x64/logs/access_log 86400" common
