Root auto redirecting to a folder without anything in htaccess??

http://seobrien.com is automatically redirecting to http://seobrien.com/portfolio and I can't figure out why. There is no 301 in the htaccess file nor the header of index.html
I'm on Wordpress 3.0.1 with the theme Doubtfire. It has a "portfolio" feature but nothing set to redirect from the root to /portfolio.

    Seems like a host setting

    Any idea what I'm missing?

    Thanks

Make sure to check all directories up until the root folder as .htaccess's are recurring into sub-folders as well. Next I'd look into WP settings.

But what WP settings could do this? I'm not finding anything. I have a redirect plugin in place; it's not doing it, I've disabled it. The reading settings are set to Posts, not page. Thanks for the thoughts

I didn't test your site previously, but just did now, and I'm not being redirected at all. Have you tried clearing your temp files/cookies/cache? I've tried on both IE and Firefox with no issues.

It could also be related to the database (of WP), but now that I personally confirmed no redirects here I would doubt that to be the issue.

I think you may need to have some cron jobs integrated into this process.
