Hi everyone. I recently started getting involved with SEO and have a rookie question that I hope someone will advise me on.

Is it desireable to include a keyword more than once in the Keywords META tag in order to get different phrases? For example, if I am marketing a site for a day spa that gives massages, should I use

"massage, deep therapy massage, aromatherapy massage, ancient thai massage"

    or

"massage, deep therapy, aromatherapy, ancient thai"

    Also, why?

    Thanks for your help!!

I believe the former would be fine as they are variations. But I wouldn't repeat the exact same term...that's an 'old school' tactic that doesn't fit well with search engines these days.

I agree. You should be fine with the noted example.
