Question, where is the supposed 'endoresement'? 100% serious here, I have checked http://www.presstv.ir/detail.aspx?id=35498§ionid=3510203 searched their site, searched google news, etc and can not come up with any endorsement. The only endorsement I see is the statement from liveleak, the article posted is an article and not on any level an 'endorsement' or has the definition of endorsement changed yet again?

Take issue with live leak. Endorsement = Approval. Sure looks like they approve of Ron Paul. Or were you working with the flawed opinion that one actually has to say they are endorsing (approving), much the same way one must say first that they are upset, before someone else can be aware of it?
